Sephora Credit Card not linking to account

Hello, does anyone know how to link your Sephora credit card to your Beauty Insider Account? I just got the card and I noticed it doesn’t show on my account, it’s still asking me to apply for it. I’ve seen multiple forums but I haven’t found a resolution for it. And customer service hasn’t been able to help me at all.
