Sephora Careers Question

Hello,

I have applied to a few different HR positions. Almost instantly I receive an email declining me for being 'under 18'. I am over 18, however it will not let me switch to 'yes', it is locked on, 'no'. My browser is up to date, I have refreshed my chrome, etc. I have applied for job #'s: 257630, 258500, 255210. Thank you for any support that you can provide.

i’ve also got that response many times. what makes it more frustrating is that i can’t find a way to contact anyone to see if it’s a glitch in the system or a problem on my end

When I try to message you, I get this error. When I try to go to my messages to allow my inbox to be open, this is also the error that I get.
