Im using the Canadian English website but, on the top it says bonjour and everything at check out is also in french does anyone know how to fix this?

Hi @emannn!

You can change the language when you're on the retail Sephora site (rather than community site) by a drop down menu in the top right hand corner. To show the menu, click on the flag and language - then select the Canadian English version.

I dont have the flag options. what do I do? tried logging out, refreshing, even manually changing the website from fr to en but still nothing

@emannn If you are on our desktop or mobile site, you should be able to switch at the bottom of the page. If you are on our app, please select your profile and then app settings.

that is on the english setting, and the description of the product for example is in english but it says love list for example in french

@emannn, I would log out of all of your devices to allow for everything to refresh, close your browsers then choose the Canadian Eng option on the site. Feel free to send me a private message if you need further assistance.
