Sephora Can’t Do Anything For Faulty Product

Had been having this product (Shiseido Urban Environment Sunscreen) for months, but recently discovered that the product is getting harder and harder to dispense out. Until the point that it is completely jammed, I break open the bottle and discovered that there are tiny particles in the sunscreen! FYI, I always shake the bottle vigorously before each use and I’ve been using this sunscreen for years. I can’t imagine I’ve been using this sunscreen for months now! But this issue wouldn’t be discovered until I break the packaging apart. I understand that is has past the 60 days return date, but I’m utterly disappointed that Sephora can do nothing on faulty product that could potentially harm a customer’s skin. Choose other retailers if you could! 🥹🥹 #faultyproduct #shiseido #sunscreen
