 Does anyone else have issues with Sephora’s CS agents.  One would think they would try to assist there loyal customers a little better.  I spent over 5k in the last 30 days and prior to that 3-5k additionally this last 12 months.  
I did not add a promo code, Sephora’s discount was automatically applied and you would think they know how their own system works otherwise if that was the case and you couldn’t “stack codes” how could you add the 20% off code or any other codes.

Maybe I just need to return my entire Rouge haul totaling over 5k out of pocket and take my business elsewhere….

@HappyWifeyAD You have about a hour to cancel an online order from when you placed it. If you didn’t like the response from the live chat you can always call the Rouge line and talk to someone. Once an order is placed they cannot modify or cancel it. You would have to return the items when you get it and place a new order. If you return too many items in a certain amount of time you could be flagged and banned from shopping there.
