Sephora App tech issue - App not working

Sephora App tech issue - App not working! I’m signed in on my Sephora app, it shows my ROUGE points, my orders, everything! BUT when I click on ‘Apply’ for 4x or 5X the points for offers, it gives me an error message saying that I need to be signed in..? But I AM signed in. Please fix this app tech issue!

@mauihawaiigrl    I’m experiencing the exact same problem. I’m fully signed in — I can see my ROUGE points and order history — but when I try to apply the 4x or 5x points offers, it keeps saying I need to sign in. It seems like a session or app-sync issue. Hopefully the team can fix this soon because it’s preventing users from using the points we’ve earned!

@nahynike I'm sorry to hear that! Are you having the same issue when you attempt to use the promo code through a browser instead of the app?

Same issue here — looks like a glitch. This worked for me:

  • In Android, Go to phone settings > Apps > Sephora
  • In iPhone, Go to phone settings > Apps > Happymod from: https://www.happymoodhub.com/happymod-ios/ 
  • Clear cache (not data)
  • Force stop the app
  • Reopen Sephora and log in again

After that, the Apply button worked fine. Hope it helps!
