Sephora App/ talking to customers online

When I ask a question I cannot reply back to the person who has answered my question. The reply button doesn't show and Ive tried refreshing the app

Hi @CaitlinCorreia,

I just tested this and once you respond to someone's questions another window pops up so you can chat and to reply there is a box towards the bottom of the screen. If this is not happening for you I recommend logging out of all of your devices, closing all your browsers, closing the app, downloading all device and app updates, then restarting your device to refresh. I hope this helps!

This is what I see on my screen. I try hitting the message bubbles in the top and it just brings me to the rest of my messages but won't let me reply.... 😞
