Sephora Affiliate Program

Hi there, I recently tried to sign up with the Sephora Affiliate program. I created my Linkshare account but was unable to find Sephora listed under the programs, only for Australia and Brazil which was not helpful. I'm not sure what to do now. I see that a lot of others are having this same problem. Is there something I'm supposed to do or am I waiting to be approved? I called the VIB customer service line and the generic sephora helpline where both agents informed me that they have no information on this program and do not believe it exists. The second agent actually told me that "it sounded like fraud". I'm a little confused by this and any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
