My Sephora Account was hacked last night, I noticed fairly fast when I got a purchased notification from the app and an email saying my email was successfully changed. I emailed Sephora right away and they resolved everything fairly quickly this morning.
Once I got access back to my account, I noticed the hacker had placed items in the cart and was ready to pick up at
Sephora Orland Park
730 Square Drive
Orland Park, IL 60462
Please be aware and hopefully that Sephora location is checking IDs.
Side note - is there a two-set verification process option for better security on the Sephora website so this doesn't happen again?
Nobody really "hacked" your account, Sephora security is just bad, you can see from the pact your account got cracked, they got the "whole" logs of it and selling account per account, they recently got fined for $1.2mil for "Breaching CCPA and Selling User Data",
My account got hacked this week.
They sent a product to me then tried to buy an expensive perfume but was over my limit. I don't really feel secure even having an account now, if this is so easy to havo won't it just happen again..

My account was hacked this week also. They bought a lipstick which is being sent to my apartment and a $150 gift card being sent to Garden Grove California. Thank God the gift card was canceled. But I'm receiving a lipstick in 2 more days.. I guess I can return it. I removed my paypal from this site. Working on deleting my paypal account.

My was yesterday, they bought the gift card and ship them somewhere else 6 hours away from my house and Sephora said can’t cancel my order because it already processing.
not safe at all.

My account got hacked tonight!!! Same with the notification. They spent over $500 in men’s cologne to pick up in Burr Ridge Illinois!! My money is gone

Mine was today, had a pickup at a Sephora location in TX. As soon as I went to log into Sephora to cancel it, iPhone prompted me to change my password due to Sephora having a data breach. I made sure to freeze my card and remove my info from Sephora and PayPal. Maybe Sephora could use a two factor authentication to prevent further issues?
My account was hacked this week too. A bottle of mens cologne was sent to an address in California, where I do NOT live. They put my name but I see a phone number on the purchase. I'm so upset. It was $90 that I can't spend.
Same here! Women's perfume sent to San Gabriel, CA. Never been there...

I’m super annoyed. Someone hacked into my account and placed several orders including using ALL my 9600+ rouge points on the rewards bazaar. Definitely don’t like this and having someone hacking in my account knowing my address and info now. I’m deleting my account after I fix this annoying situation.
