Sephor pulls merchandise when there is a 20% discount available

Received this email today from Sephora with this title "Babe what’s wrong, you didn’t use your *20% OFF‡‡ AT SEPHORA"   I thought I would answer this question.  I tried to use my 20% off coupon, but every expensive product that I tried to purchase suddenly had only the "mini size" version available.  The day after my coupon expired, suddenly the full size versions were available.  Pretty scummy and you lost a customer.

@karina100 I'm sorry to hear that items were unavailable when you tried to use your discount. Popular items do sell out quickly during our promos and I understand this can be disappointing. I will share this feedback with the appropriate department for future improvements.
