Sent WRONG ITEMS

Photo of my packing slip and the incorrect item received 

 

I purposefully spent over $85 so that I could pick out a free goodie bag on my most recent order! I picked out the Festive Favorites but I just received my package and I did not receive this! I instead got the Major Must Haves which is basically NOTHING that I will be using. ON TOP OF THIS… both of the free samples I selected were wrong. Did anyone else experience this? I want this fixed asap, such an inconvenience.

i provided a picture of my packing slip as well as the item I received.
