Scratched off pin

Hi, I was given a card by my boyfriend but he scratched off the pin by accident, is there anything you can do about it?

@tyreaves Regretfully, gift cards cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged. And in order to redeem it online, the pin number is needed. You may still be able to redeem the gift card in store! Please contact your local Sephora store directly for more information.
