#Scratched off Sephora cards

I accidentally scratched off the pin number in my gift card pin how can I still use it please. Anyway out please 🤦‍♀️

I'm sorry to hear this! The pin is needed to redeem gift cards online, but you should still be able to use it in store.

I went to the score and the girl at the register said it wasn’t working on her end and to call 

I called customer service. The card is active and has a balance on it. The only thing missing is the pin
