Scent certificate redemption online

Trying to redeem my scent certificate online and I don’t see any code to enter. I tried the code with the U at the bottom of the card but that didn’t work.

Kim888 is correct! The number 1 is often mistaken for a capital letter I in the code. If you previously entered the letter I and the code didn't work, please try switching out for the number 1. I'll send you a message shortly to follow up.

Hello so even I am having the same issue redeeming the code I tried using 1 didn’t work I tried using uppercase L didn’t work I don’t know how I should redeem the code

@AVSprod @The code with the U is the code but in my experience the number 1 looks like I in all their codes so the first thing to do is try switching any of those. If that doesn’t work give customer service a call
