Scent Certificate

Hi,

I am trying to redeem my scent certificate online, but am having trouble.  I entered the certificate promo barcode number with the U- and, the U without the dash, I even tried eliminating the U altogether and am still having issues getting the promo code to work.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
