Scent Certificate

How do I redeem the scent certificate? I have tried several times, but at checkout, it's the whole amount.

@AReyesGarland If your voucher can be redeemed online, you would add the fragrance you wish to redeem to your basket and then add the code to the promo code box at checkout.

Right. You would think. But it says the coupon was applied successfully, BUT at checkout it still has the 92. 00 plus taxes for a total of 97.50.
