Hiiii! I have a scent certificate and it’s not letting me redeem it online/enter the code or scan a barcode. The product I want is never available at the Sephora locations near me, what should I do? Thank you!

I put the voucher number in at checkout and it said it was invalid but I literally just bought it yesterday
