Samples issues

Maybe this is sound like nothing to others.But for someone like me , who has been a long time & loyal customer I think I feel the need to raise the issues. Nowaday the company s standard has really been gone down the hill. Lately, I started to see that the 3 samples that Sephora "allow" us to choose is just a fake incentive.And the reason is 1)the items that shipped is "never" those what I chose, not even close to.It s like someone just picked and threw it in the shipping package (like the ugly cheap skincare or perfume) AND 2) Even worse, sometimes they only gave you 2 items instead of 3. To some this may come as a small issues because those samples are to be given for free (Technically). But I would argue that it is not 100% true since you eventually have to make a purchase to earn it. And that’s why I called it “Incentive” or “perks”. Most importantly, this small discrepancy also shows how careless and unprofessional the company’s business practice is. If you want a customer to give their loyalty to you, at least you should be play honest in the game, too. As much as I hope this will bring to someone’ s attention leading to the room for improvement, to me I believe there’s a plenty of alternate choices out there that are willing to stick with the simple principles of being “care” for the customers.

This keeps happening to me as well and I'm about to seriously stop shopping elsewhere. Their recent promotion was for 5 samples and I got only 4 and not all of them are the ones I selected. I honestly only buy at Sephora because of the perks. Many times the products I buy are available elsewhere and sometimes even cheaper. It's really frustrating.
