Samples Fail 3/3

I placed 3 orders in the last couple of weeks, and my first two had no samples. Costumer Service reached out and was very nice about it. I had some hope for my last order, but I shouldn’t have .
I selected 2 perfume samples, but received only 1 sample for foundation instead. Not only did I not receive two after selecting two, but I didn’t even get one of the ones  I chose.


As I have mentioned before, I think offering samples is something nice and appreciated. However, it’s frustrating when one puts time (even if 20 seconds) into selecting samples and expect something to then receive nothing, or half or not what was chosen. This is not the first thing I receive the wrong sample, but I hadn’t complaint before since I thought it was a one off, but with my past three orders it feels like what’s the point of offering samples then? 🤷🏻‍♀️ tbh I know I will not be using the foundation sample, so it feels like a waste too.
