Sample gone bad.

Hello,

Often times I will purchase extra product just to recieve Sephora samples such as the recent January sample bag. I find I will receive things that have either gone rancid or unusable such as the mask that was included in this month's sample bag. It's really disappointing when this happens.. I don't have to spend extra but I do, and I expect my samples to either arrive in my package (often times they don't at all..) or to be at least quality products that I can actually use.
