Sample arrived spilled

I received my hair oil sample spilled with half the bottle wasted which is unfortunate because I was looking forward to trying a new product for me after earning three different samples for spending a certain amount in this purchase. If there is any way I could get a new sample on the gisou hair oil it would be appreciated.
