Same day delivery not delivered

I placed a Same day delivery order on 4 OCT and it has never been delivered. The status of the order says on the way and still hasn’t been updated. 

I have been charged full and the items are never delivered. 

Contacted customer support and they don’t have any pictures of the proof of delivery and can’t contact the uber driver nothing. So basically is this just a loss of money??
