Same Day Delivery order stolen by driver!

Do not use this service! As you will see by multiple other complaints on this site, you will not receive a refund from Sephora. 

I was on holidays and decided to try the offer for free same-day delivery. I made two separate orders, and instead of dropping off both bags, the driver picked the bag up, turned it around and took a photo of the same bag. 

I've been calling customer service for six weeks trying to get an update on my refund, which they promised but I still haven't received. I also re-purchased the products and picked them up in store as they were essentials I needed on my trip. 

Stay away from same-day delivery!!! Sephora usually has outstanding customer service but this is really disappointing.

I made two orders and the driver only delivered one of them, and uploaded the same photo as proof of delivery of both orders.

Don't pay the subscription I've lost a lot of money in these robberies
