Same Day Delivery Service - Stolen Package NO HELP

As a high consumer of Sephora I am so very angry on how Sephora handles these situations. I placed a same day delivery order at 11:19am, but was not able to select an actual window. The note advises that the orders are usually processed/ delivered within 3 hours so I selected my work address since for the next 5 or so that is where I'd be. Well the order goes out for delivery at around 5pm and I left work at 4:30pm. Regardless the building is accessible and cameras are in place, I am part of the management of this building so I contact maintenance after the lying, stealing and dishonorable driver messages me "delivered" and even proceeds to upload a picture. Next, instead of just leaving, ALEJANDRA, (was actually a male), who did the Sephora delivery via Uber delivery, which is the courier Sephora selected, takes the bag with him. Now here I am $240 out, Sephora won't provide any resolution, not a refund, won't reissue the items nor provide me store credit for the amount. Uber is little to NO help, can't get an agent on the phone only through the app via messaging, and that system is a total failure, 12 hours to wait for a response, the response, we do not see details of the trip you are questioning, please login to your account and select the trip to open a ticket. How? How am I supposed to do that since it was not a delivery or trip through my Uber app, it was via Sephora. So here I am with the camera footage, very little details of the uber order details which is Delivery Order ID 876C0, Store 1878-SEPHORA Vernon Hills and no one can do anything. I even read online through my extensive search for help that if we had the details of the link which has the tracking ID for Uber to find, that would be of help. Yet, in my case, nothing. Though at the moment I am being told nothing can be done, I will not let this sit and just let go, I will seek legal help and have already contacted my local authorities. I'll go on every social media platform and bring light to my horrible horrible experience and expose Sephora.

I have the camera footage of the same day delivery Uber Driver leaving with my order after he posted the image of it being "delivered". Let me know if you need me to share.
