Same Day Delivery Order stolen by Uber!!

Hello I was supposed to receive a same day order this evening and my order stated it was delivered and it absolutely was NOT delivered and here is the image of the delivery confirmation!! It was not delivered!!!

I called customer care immediately and they are processing a refund but due to the amount they have to contact me in 48 hours with a decision (????)

I used my one-time use 20% off discount (yaygifting code) which saved me so much money. I'm glad I might get a refund so I'm just trying to practice gratitude- I do feel very sad about all of this. I used same-day because of the sale most of the items I wanted were sold out except through same-day delivery... I feel so bamboozeled and violated. Avoid this service. I'm cancelling my Same Day Unlimited Subscription. 

Update you all within 48 hours. I definitely want my items or my order refunded. I don't understand how there could be another option.
