Sales price not reflected in cart

Sales prices are not being reflected in cart for any items...i have tested at least 10 now.

Further, many items listed on sale page not shown as on sale on product page.

Very frustrating.

Finally was able to access sale prices and complete purchase.

There is no Ulta in Canada so we are kinda at their mercy here.

This is an ongoing trend/issue with them. I find it happens all the time on their site, and for most of this year it's been the same. I end up so frustrated that I buy nothing. Ridiculous. They ask for screenshots but never gets fixed, plus it's literally every sale item! No resolution. Sephora.com is THE WORST. I feel your pain.

I am having the same issue. Tried clearing my browser cache and same result. Guessing it has something to do with how the special pricing was set up. Hoping it resolves so I can get some of the deals today!

It's the get upt to 50% off select skincare and makeup until sept 2nd. 70% of the stuff goes back to regular prices once you click on it

It works until I log into my VIB account. Then the price increases.
