SHIPPING IS ... NOT GOOD

Has anyone else noticed Sephora’s shipping has gone waay downhill? Their “2-day, flash” shipping is 4-5 days, and customer service is NOT helpful. Is there another Sephora-like store with better shipping and customer service? Thanks! Cheers, Lisa
