SEPHORA! The only store still using Canada Post, during the strike!

Terrible customer service!
I’ve done most of my Christmas shopping online this year.  Sephora is the ONLY store that is still using Canada Post during the strike. Actions speak louder than words. Which is they don’t care about their customers. On their website it says “For a majority of our orders, we have partnered with multiple carriers to deliver your order on the time”. Which makes you believe it’s all taken care of but once you get to check out the customer has to pay for this service. I placed an order for my daughter, thinking it would arrive on time for Christmas. Nope it arrives the first week in Jan. Very very disappointing and frustrating. 
The items I ordered are not available at my store, I would have gone and picked them up myself.

I tried talking to customer service. All they do is copy and paste a script they’ve been told to say. Completely useless! 

Sephora doesn’t care about packages sitting in their warehouse. Waiting for Canada Post to pick them up.
