SEPHORA Credit card

I have not received my sephora credit card and have called in twice to be told that it would arrive in 7-10 days. I am hoping it comes next week but looking at multiple posts stating the same issue I am worried.

 

It also feels like Sephora really can't help but redirect to the bank. Is there anyone out there with a good experience using the Sephora credit card, thanks!

Update: i didn't receive card after two attempts, upon calling they confirmed that it was pending and was not delivered. I requested to speak to a supervisor and they have attempted to resend the card. Meanwhile,I have already arrived at my first payment date and will have to make it over phone. This is really poort customer experience.

I’m having the same issue, how do you pay over the phone cause I plan on never using this card again because of the customer service.

Hi @DaneeBT I have been having the same issues. I haven’t received my credit card yet and every time I tried calling the bank, NOBODY picks up. It is extremely frustrating and I have no idea who to contact to help me.

@LillieSinprason it may take up to 10 business days for the physical card to arrive. Additionally, I just tried contacting them via phone and was able to get in touch with a representative. Please try calling:

 

1-866-841-5037 (Sephora Visa) 
1-866-864-7787 (Sephora Visa Signature) 
1-866-702-9946 (Sephora Credit Card)

 

If you're still having trouble getting in touch with them, please contact us via phone at 1-877-737-4672 so we can try connecting you with them.

I am having the exact same problem. Really disappointing. Makes no sense that I would receive a bill with no card and no way to use it again or pay my bill. Very frustrating!!!

I am so sorry to hear about this! I recommend contacting Comenity Capital Bank so that this can be looked into. I'm sorry for this experience!

Sorry to hear that! If your physical card doesn't arrive after the 10 business days, I recommend reaching out to Comenity Capital Bank and request to speak with a supervisor for further assistance. If they are not able to assist, please let us know.
