I have ordered online for over 1200 CAD order!!! And according to sephora it shows delivered and the photo shows that it was delivered at wrong door and not as the address added for the order!! When I check around and asked nobody said they got any orders for me!!
so I was stuck with no order - when I did spent my money!!! I contacted sephora customer service and “there response was NO GOOD - ACORDDING TO THEM ITS NOT ON THEM AND THEY ASKED ME TO DEAL WITH IT BY CONTACTING THE COURIER SERVICE” but my concern is if I am trusting your online platform and come across an issue where I fo not recieve my package - it is SEPHORA TO BE BLAMMED FOR NOT UPS/whatever service they use to deliver orders!!!
AND ANYWAYS IF THE ORDER IS EXPENSIVE AND OVER $1000 IT SHOULD NOT BE LEFT AT DOOR FOR ANYBODY TO PICK UP!!! It should have been delivered to my door and preferably by me signing off that I got the order!!!
I ordered online for my wedding and I am Suppose to be leaving to Ontario in few days and now they left me to deal with THEIR carrier service - THAT THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO DO FOR THE CUSTOMERS - WHY WOULD ANYBODY TRUST THEIR ONLINE PLATFORM WITH THE QUICK DELIVERY OPTION WHEN IT IS NOT EVEN SECURE ENOUGH TO DELIVER HIGH VALUE ORDERS IN HAND TO THE CUSTOMER????
