SEPHORA CUSTOMER SERVICE = THE WORST TO ROUGE MEMBERS?

I’ve been trying to use my points to get $100 Rouge Reward on Tuesday/Thursday, but my order got cancelled everytime I tried. After I called customer service, they couldn’t do anything to help and asked me to wait for 24-48 hours for someone to email me back and explain the reasons. I had to wait for 92 HOURS (4 DAYS) until I received an email (which I believe is an automatic message) saying they cancelled my order because they couldn’t verify my payment information! It doesn’t make sense because there’s NO PAYMENT to verify!! This happened to me more than twice which is super frustrating. I had hoped for something different when I called customer service, but failed every time!! I have accumulated A LOT OF points and now I can’t use it for anything?? What is wrong with Sephora? Is this the way they treat their loyal customers? Does anyone else experience the same thing? I’m so over this headache, heading to other beauty online store where I can feel appreciated.

I experienced the exact same thing - got the same email below twice and I was told to 'ignore' it after calling CS again.
