Rude customer service

Absolutely disgusted by the service I was provided with today. The agent did not even offer to pass on the information on the incorrect item description so it could be fixed. Absolutely horrible, did not greet, did not apologize for the inconvenience the misleading info on the website caused, responded with an emoji and then disconnected. I’ve been a VIB for years, and this is how they treat their long term loyal customers.
