Rouge who chose Free Shipping

I am Rouge and chose Free Shipping as my renewal gift. With the changes to the program I'm wondering if there will be something given in lieu as everyone is getting free shipping already as well as when the Beauty Insider program changes? Also, what's going on with makeovers as that is a MAJOR reason why I maintain my Rouge status and shop exclusively with Sephora for my beauty needs instead of going other places for discounts or freebees.

I'm sorry we stopped offering the VIB/Rouge Tier Gifts this year and that the custom makeovers are no longer free for Rouges! Additionally, free standard shipping is only offered during this time due to COVID-19. Otherwise, only Rouges receive free shipping on all orders. If you selected the 4 free makeovers as your rouge welcome gift will they carry over to next year as you are not offering nor can anyone receive them due to COVID?
