Rouge reward

Hello there, I have been saving up my points for the $100 rouge reward point exchange but I haven’t been able to get it, I check every Tuesday and Thursday at 12pm EST and it’s never there, did you guys get rid of it? Also I renewed my VIB Rouge status recently but I haven’t received a renewal gift either. My question is, have there been a change in the Rouge program? Thanks!

I got it today! I have been trying for 2 months, right before the VIB sale 🙃 I have had it in my cart and it is no longer available by the time I hit cart and check out. I am not quite sure how many they give each day they make them available but it's not alot. I think an associate said only 2 or 3 🙃🤦‍♀️ And for the person who asked how many points, its 2500.

It’s still there. It shows up anytime between 12:00-12:15 and the moment it’s added I put it in my card. The moment I go to checkout it’s no longer available and I have to update my cart. This is all in a matter of 5 seconds max. It’s the worst rewards program out there. I wish it was like Ulta. There, you have the points and you redeem them upon checkout without any fuss or headache. It takes me months to successfully redeem for the $100 rouge reward with Sephora

How many points is needed for this?

2500 points you can exchange for a $100 reward on Tuesdays and Thursday at 12:00 EST for about 10-15min and they “sell out”

I went from insider to VIB to Rouge over the spring sale (I know crazy right?) I never recieved anything for that. Is that a thing?
