Rouge referral link? Where do i find this?

Everytime I click on it, the Banner that says refer & earn, it just takes me to the beauty Insider summary page.

Thanks for replying. Thats exactly where it keeps taking me though. I've been scrolling, made other orders, spent more points on a rouge card, logged out & logged back in. It's just showing this & the titles I posted below , my order history, points redeemed, 2021 summary. The only time it says anything about referral is on the first picture where it let me click a link but doesn't activate anything it just takes me to this beauty Insider page which has no information at all in regards to it.

The last thing I see is the credit card application. That link works but that's not what I'm looking for

If this is an app only thing that's probably why it's not showing for me.
