Rouge level - welcome gift/points

Hi, I recently got into the rouge level (Dec 2018) - but did not get the welcome gift. I thought I saw the 250 points online to add it, but do not see it anymore. Can someone please let me know what my options are or am I out of luck because the new year started and I have to re-qualify again?

same here. I saw 250 points reward for few days but when I was ordering next purchase this option was gone. So I decided to wait a bit until it pops up again - it never did. And now all options are gone. So I spent 1K+ and got nothing. nice! (sarcasm)

@VidhyaK The same thing happened to me. I became Rouge last month, but the option to select a Rouge welcome gift has disappeared. @HelenBT or another mod, can you please help us out? Thank you!
