Rouge friend code doesn’t work!!

My friend sent me the bring a friend Rouge code earlier today, and it seemed to work on my account, but when I tried to checkout about 5 hours later I keep getting an error that says “Sorry this link has reached its maximum redemption limit. Please reach out to the person who sent you the link”. 

She has not sent it to anyone else and whether she texts or emails it I still receive the same error. I’m feeling so disappointed because my cart is starting to sell out!!! What do I do?!
