Rouge but haven't gotten any contact about the 2017 sale

I've been seeing this reported a lot - it looks like recently my contact preferences got reset (like, really recently, looking at my email inbox I was receiving promotional mails just weeks ago even) and so I'm now excluded from the VIB sale. I was looking forward to it but since it's starting tomorrow and I haven't heard a peep from Sephora, I started getting concerned and saw a bunch of comments on reddit about people's contact preferences getting reset this month... went to check and yep, mine got both deleted (address) and set to unsubscribe to all for some reason.

 

Is there any way to get instructions on participating sent to me since I'm being excluded from the Rouge sale due to a known site bug? Thanks.
