How are Rouge members finding their 20% off discount to share with one friend? The email link takes you to the Beauty Insider page and there is no referral section on that page.

My apologies! Our teams were able to fix this and I believe you should be able to see your link on your BI Summary page now. https://www.sephora.com/profile/BeautyInsider

After your friend clicks the link and signs in, they should screenshot the promo code. The code will also be emailed to them. If you're still not able to see your link, please let us know.

This still isn't working. It's absolutely ridiculous that Rouge members who spend the most money at Sephora do not have access to share this code. Extremely unhappy about this.

@Seph028  and everyone else having this problem: I’m right there with you and y’all aren’t crazy. When emails were first sent out, I checked my Beauty Insider Summary page and the share link was there. Now when I go to that page, the link is gone. 😒 This happens both on the Sephora website (using Chrome and Safari, and I tested via both browsers on iPadOS—with Chrome set to desktop content mode on my iPad—and iOS) and Sephora’s app. The link’s gone even if I clear cache and reload the BI Summery page. I wish I’d shared my link the day it appeared; I didn’t expect to have this problem at start of sale. Sigh. 

I’ll be contacting customer service soon and I strongly recommend you each do the same, if you haven’t yet. I’ve seen a couple folks say they were able to get a special link or code from CS to share with a friend. Meanwhile, I hope this issue on the site and app gets fixed soon! It doesn’t seem to affect everyone, so I assume it’s a random bug—especially since I’m not new to Rouge or BIC (the forum you’re reading right now). 

Tagging @TeamBIC as a heads-up, though I’m sure they’ve seen plenty of complaint threads about it already and are thus already aware. 😅

I am having the same issue! I click on the promo image on the main page of the app but then I can’t find the referral link / shareable code anywhere after it brings me to my account summary page.

Exact same problem here! I've updated the app, restarted phone, signed out and back in to app. No link!
