Rouge Discount at Checkout?

Hi all, I was wondering if anyone could clarify something for me. I was under the impression that the Rouge status also gives a customer a small discount at checkout for a purchase on merchandise. Is this no longer apart of the membership and it’s strictly to collect points? If so, I’ve noticed that my dollars saved has not updated regardless of having Rouge status until December 2020 (I’ve made many orders since I renewed the status). I know that there is a huge event coming up with an extra 20%, just thought that the discount was apart of the program. Thanks!
