Rouge 20% off code NOT WORKING

It is November 3 and the Rouge code is not working.  It is 1am on the East coast, when does it start if not at midnight?

Last year it worked around midnight pacific time

Was told 1am eastern standard time by customer service yesterday.

Sephora operates on Pacific Standard Time.....the code should begin to work around 12 AM PST

@gyhliang I didn't get the email so I wouldn't know but few people in the live chat has just told me it will start at 3am.. sephora works pst time not est time

It says 11:59 PM PDT in the fine print on the email.

same here! the email said from nov 3 to 6 but when i put it the code, it said the promotion has expired?!!! it's still nov 3 central time!
