I’m editing my original comment because it contained incorrect information! From what I’m seeing in the forums, the cards are harder to get nowadays. So be ready before 9, be fast and be lucky. I’m personally hoping that all of the complaints will result in a better system eventually because rn it sucks

@JolieJoyce The Rouge Reward can only be used in the country it is redeemed. So if you redeem it on our US site, it can only be used on our US site or in US stores.

You don't. I'm a Rouge member with over 4,000 points and have to wait in line like a dog, put it in the cart and have it out of stock WITHIN ONE MINUTE. And forget anything from LaMer. 

Google Sephora Rewards and see all the complaints over the lack of any kind of custsomer service and basically just being a number to them.

I have to agree. Tuesday 10/22/19 - I set an alarm, I got on the Sephora App, I put the rewards into my bag and clicked “check out”. I actually thought I had done it! I was going to receive the rewards I wanted! (2 rewards, 750 points each) Alas, TODAY 10/28/19.... I received the following email:

Hi @muddlepup Rouge Rewards are released in limited quantities on Tuesdays and Thursday in our Rewards Bazaar around 9am PT. Please check back!

It’s completely unacceptable that you cannot redeem rouge rewards. Been trying to get $100 reward for 2 months yet it won’t let me check out! I have spent thousands here (not including gifts from my husband and family). disgusted - have near 10k points and you guys turned a nice perk into a ridiculous joke. Literally spent an hour yesterday refreshing two different browsers and an app to get the reward to no avail. Tried checking out 4x’s! Do you not realize you are going to lose loyal client base?? Unreal! Deeply disappointed! I can get points thru Saks too - which I have already bought luxury goods at because of this!

I have been trying to get a $100 rouge reward now for 3 consecutive weeks. I am beyond over it with Sephora. There should not be some hunger games scenarios when trying to redeem points we rightfully earned. Sephora cannot simply "run out" of non material rewards, they simply do not want to give them out. I noticed when Sephora started offering $50 and $25 rewards there was a steep decline in the availability of the $100 reward. Sephora is trying to push these smaller rewards on us because you get almost 40% less bang for your buck as if we cannot all do math. I have been a long time rouge member and frankly if Sephora cannot appreciate it's loyal customers who spend thousands of dollars per year then we need to hit them in the wallet where it hurts and take our money to Ulta and directly to brand sites where they reward loyalty.

After trying every Tuesday and Thursdays for a month, I'm beginning to think this is a scam. I tried from 3 different browsers and the app. Every time I can add it to my cart but not check out. I get errors as split payment can not be processed? I just think it crashes and no one can get it.

Doesn’t sound like that’s a very good system. It’s supposed to be one of our Rouge “perks” but most members including myself are not having any luck getting one. Why can’t it be made available to us when we have accumulated the points necessary for purchase? All this is doing is antagonizing your biggest spenders and best customers which Is never a good idea. Please advise.

Yes! Totally! Why the “limited quantities” on the $$ rewards??? If we have the points then let us use them anytime for this! I understand certain reward items such as cosmetics/perfumes etc. run out and that “limited quantities” do apply to those specific rewards. SERIOUSLY THOUGH- limiting the $$ rewards??? Absolutely ridiculous! So disappointing and frustrating. I do not plan to continue being a Rouge. I will spend my money where my points are immediately usable -similar to store credit. #ULTA
