Right before Christmas and there all gone :(

I just lost all my points that almost accumulated to 5,000 right before Christmas. I was going to get something for my mom with the points and now I won't be able to 😞 Is there anything I can do to get them back?

The same thing happened to me! 😞 I went in yesterday to make a purchase and my receipt had zero points listed after 2 years of saving them
