What time and day do new rewards drop? I have been patiently saving my points for a big reward and yet they are always sold out instantly.

@supergirl10 Beauty Insider Rewards are released around 9am PST every Tuesday and Thursday in our rewards section here > sephora.com/rewards I recommend checking back!
