Can we return a 500 points rewards box if it is still new? I got it because the shades of the products looked pink but they are nude 😞

I'm very sorry that the 500 point reward is not working out. As stated in the Beauty Insider Terms & Conditions, rewards are non-transferable, have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, sold or returned. >
