Hii! I’ve 353 points in my rewards and would like to redeem some items online. However, the points are insufficient for free delivery. Will it be possible to do the redemption instore to avoid paying for shipping fee?

Any online point reward redemptions under 750 points must have merchandise on the order to ship. You are welcome to contact your local Sephora to see which rewards are available at that location for redemption. 🙂

Great! Also, do I need the physical sephora card for in-store redemption or I can provide the account number without the physical card for redemption?
