Rewards bazaar

Hello. I was on the Sephora drop right at 12pm for the new reward bazaar to drop because there was a 2000 point rare beauty reward I’ve been eyeballing ALL MONTH. I had it added to my cart but it wouldn’t let me check out.  I don’t understand why it wouldn’t let me order the reward! I’m not very happy! @sephora customer service can you guys help me get my reward? Thanks! #bazaar #rarebeauty
