Rewards Error

Hi! Does anyone know how my Sephora Visa rewards certificate can automatically be applied at checkout? I can see in my Sephora Visa account there are 2 valid/current reward certificates, but when I log into my Sephora account to make a purchase and click "View and manager my credit card and rewards" it takes me to "Your rewards" which shows 0 rewards. I have been a long time customer, and my rewards used to be automatically applied at checkout but no longer. Thanks!

@Natalie168, I'm sorry to hear this! It looks like your private messages are turned off, and you can adjust your preferences in your Community settings (on the browser only, not the app). If you would like to send me a private message with your registered email address, I'll look into this.
