Rewards Bazaar Not Working

  • Is anyone else having an issue redeeming rewards today (Nov. 03/2023)? Whenever I click to redeem rewards from my cart I get a message saying "failed to perform request, please check your internet connection." When I go to the shop tab then to the rewards bazaar the page is simply blank without any messaging. Is it just me?

My apologies! If you're using the app, can you please try the web browser? Similarly if you're using the web browser, please try the app. Please let us know if you're seeing this issue on both the app and browser. Thank you!

Hi Laurie,

 

Unfortunately wity the web browser I am running into a different problem. The rewards bazaar works but it keeps changing my location to the US, when I am in Canada. When I go to check out no matter how many times I change it to Canada, it switches back when I click to checkout. Then of course it asks me for my address but I can't type my postal code brcsuse it wants a zip code. It's really frustrating. So my only option is to use my app and just not redeem any rewards.
