Rewards Bazaar App Limit

I have 400+ points, but the app won’t let me add more than two 100-point rewards. Is this an app issue or rewards policy?

I'm sorry about this! It looks like your private messages are turned off, and you can adjust your preferences in your Community settings (on the browser only, not the app). I am having the same issue. I was not able to used more than 200 points with my recent purchase. 

Also, before we used to buy anything on Sephora website and redeem points. Now is asking for a min of $25 purchase to redeem the points. Is this something new?

Hi @herushja I'm so sorry about this and we're currently looking into it! In the meantime, please try this:

If you are in the US, please try switching to the Sephora Canada side of the app, then back to the US side and same if you're in Canada. Simply click your name at the bottom of the app, scroll down to App Settings, then select the opposite region. Then, switch it back to the correct region. Please let us know if this works or does not work for you.

Additionally, yes, you will need to spend a minimum of $25 before taxes to redeem BI rewards.
